Nexus Labs in Science Computing

Nexus Labs

- All labs have at least one machine capable of writing to a CD (CD Writer).
- All machines have a 17" CRT monitor or 19" Flat screen monitor.
- Each Lab has a default networked Laser Printer (similar to HP LaserJet 4000).
- Minimum softare includes: Microsoft XP SP2, MS Office 2007, Adobe Reader, 8.0, GhostView, SSH Secure Shell, Mozilla FireFox, SPSS 15, MatLab 7.0, MathCad 13, Maple 12.

Lab Booking

Science Computing Student labs may be booked for teaching purposes. Software for the student labs may be requested in advance of eight (8) weeks before the software is required. Please fill out the following pdf document Lab Bookings & Sofware Requests.
